Every team needs a staff to support the club and players. The staff consists primarily of a head coach, medic, financial advisor and a chief scout. Each staff person has his/her own role within the team management. It is crucial to ensure maximum benefit is gained from the staff in order to achieve success.
Head Coach
The Head Coach is vital for any team, he analyses the teams success and failure and provides training, strategies to improve the team's performance. The Head Coach is the highest paid staff member, and is also the most important, as he is able to analyse the team's progress.
Medic
The medic is the second most important staff member in the team. Player injuries are inevitable having a team of medics, that are skilled will ensure quicker recovery as well as to some extent prevention of major injuries. This of course depends on the player!.
Financial Advisor
The financial advisor is crucial to managing the team's financial accounts. The advisor is able acquire loans from banks, negotiate dealings with sponsors and arrange player wages. He is also forecasts the weekly balance, able to advise if there is a surplus or loss in finance.
Chief Scout
The Chief Scout, scours the big world of cricket clubs searching for players that maybe useful for the team. The scout is not necessity to the club, but can provide superstar players that could change the team's success. The higher the scout's skill, the higher the chances of finding a better player.
